Having previously worked for a number of West End and West London Surveying Practices, Matt has developed a wide range of experience in a number of building surveying disciplines for a variety of clients in both the public and private sectors. He specializes in pre-acquisition commercial building surveys, dilapidation’s negotiations for both landlord and tenant, dilapidation’s assessments, fire insurance valuations and project work.
