About Iain

Iain is a consultant  with Wilks Head and Eve.  He is a chartered surveyor with some 45 years’ experience, qualifying in 1978, and is a member of both the Institute of Arbitrators and the Institute of Revenues Rating and Valuation.  He has been a member of the executive committee of the Rating Surveyors Association and is also an RICS Registered Valuer.

Iain has extensive experience and knowledge of valuation and rating valuation and has, appeared before the Valuation Tribunal many times and in recent years has also appeared before the Upper Tribunal (lands Chamber).  Iain also conducts valuations for accounts purposes, rating, compensation, acquisitions and disposals covering a wide spectrum of property types.
