Andrew is a partner with Wilks Head and Eve and has been with the Partnership for over Twenty years.  Andrew qualified in 1992 and has considerable experience in both Public Sector, having worked for the Valuation Office, and Private Sector.

Not only does his experience encompass many different classes of properties appealed for rating purposes, ie Civic Offices, Crematoria, Libraries, public conveniences, car parks and leisure properties but he also has considerable experience of market valuations for asset valuation purposes in both the public and private sector.

Andrew is also a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a member of the IRRV and is a recognised European Valuer TEGoVA.

Andrew has appealed before the Valuation Tribunal and also appeared before the Upper Chamber (Lands Tribunal).
