The Upcoming 2021 Rating Revaluation

With just over two years to go until the next revaluation in 2021 the Valuation Office Agency are currently gathering rental evidence for the new revaluation so you may have received a “ Form of Return “ requesting information which we would be happy to assist with. The purpose of these forms is to enable the Valuation Office to establish rental values at the Antecedent Valuation Date which for the 2021 revaluation is 1 April 2019 which are then used to estimate the rateable value for the next revaluation.

Given the significant increases between lists for some properties on the 2017 list it is important information provided to the Valuation Office is accurate.
