Group Pre-Challenge Review (GPCR)

‘2017 Rating Revaluation has triggered a new process in appealing rating assessments. Where there is a category group of properties such as libraries or schools it is now necessary to instigate a Group Pre-Challenge Review (GPCR). This review requires test properties to be submitted to the Valuation Office to enable review basis of the valuation. Wilks Head and Eve is leading such review on public libraries and local authority schools with a view to completing successful appeals in the next 12 months.’
