Thank you to all those who came along to the recent CPT event at the IRRV HQ in Holborn – ‘Local Authority Asset Valuations’. Two of our partners, Roger Messenger and Simon Layfield spoke on a number of current issues faced in Public Sector valuation including Componentisation.
