Anna Gavriel is the Head of the Planning at Wilks Head and Eve; she joined the company in 2009 having worked for a range of private sector planning and surveying firms.

As a private sector consultant with surveying skills, she adds value by taking a multi-disciplinary approach to problem solving, having trained at University College London (Mphil Town Planning) and Cass Business School (MA Property Valuation and Law).

Her interests lie in the interface between planning policy and land valuation and how the former may be used to optimise project returns, moreover, in the wake of a market orientated planning system she is abreast of how policy frameworks may be used to facilitate project outcomes.

Her competencies include: property market research; housing growth area reports; option appraisal analysis and the project management of planning applications.

Rudolph is a qualified Town Planner with a Masters Degree in Urban Planning. He spent almost 10 years in the private sector in South Africa, practicing in a wide range of planning fields and property development. In 2002 he came to England and gained extensive and diverse experience in the public sector - dealing with major residential and mixed-use developments. Rudolph joined Wilks Head & Eve in July 2007 and is currently involved in all aspects of planning.

Raymond is a fellow of the Royal Town Planning Institute and is currently in his 50th year of professional practice. The first 15 years of that experience were with four different local planning authorities, with the whole of the remaining 34 years involving private sector consultancy operating upon a national basis.
